Judy Librach, B.F.A., Masters in Journalism, and completing full certification as a Life Coach at the Adler School of Professional Coaching Inc.
Judy Librach is a personal coach, motivator, speaker, television broadcaster, actress and writer who has always loved helping people find their bliss, their joy, discover and then follow their dreams and find their purpose in life. She has done this for years for friends, family and colleagues, and finally decided to become a professional life coach and study at the Adler School of Professional Coaching.
In addition to writing for magazines and newspapers, Judy is also the author of The Toronto Wedding Handbook, and has just completed another book called A Love Letter To My Babies and How To Write One To Yours which incorporates many of the coaching principles, tips, techniques and philosophies. In addition to hosting her own television show called In the Spotlight, Judy also appeared regularly as a Consumer Reporter on the Dini Petty Show on CTV, as a Parenting Reporter on Canada AM, she was an Entertainment Reporter on The Life Network, A Feeling Good Reporter on Real Life with Erica Ehm, and most recently she worked as a host on The Shopping Channel. "You can change your tomorrow, if you seek your dream today," is a motto that Judy has always ascribed to, and she is excited about helping people change their lives for the better and help people discover who they are at their absolute best.
Whenever Judy has wanted to pursue an area of her career that she thought was impossible she just believed that wonderful quote: "If you can do, or dream you can, begin it now. For boldness has genius, power and magic in it."
Judy Librach is often a guest speaker and is asked to introduce various celebrities, authors and luminaries, such as her recent speaking engagements where she was asked to introduce the New York Times best-selling authors Linda and Richard Eyre, and parenting experts Adele Faber and Elaine Mazlish who are frequent guests on the Oprah Winfrey Show.
She also recently gave a reading, lecture and workshop on her new book, which is currently in the process of being published here in Canada, and there is also interest by a New York literary agent to publish the book in the U.S. Ms. Librach hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from York University, a Masters from the Drama Centre at the University of Toronto, and a Graduate Journalism Degree from Ryerson University.
She is excited about empowering men and women to live from values, discover their dreams and take action to create what they want most in their lives.
Judy Librach is married and lives in Toronto with her husband and her two children.
